Betty's Studio at Dragon Villas - Luxury King Studio

Positive: Great communication between hotel and myself pre/prior/post stay. Great accommodation and value for money.

Lovely Stay Positive: We stayed at Betty's Studio. Great location about 10min walk into town once we got our bearings.Check in very easy. Lovely bright, clean , comfortable studio with stylish decorating and accessories. Well equipped kitchen. Great rain shower over bath . Negative: You need a parking disc to park outside the property It would be helpful for the parking disc to be available at the property, It wasn't that easy to find a shop that provided them and tourist Information was closed the day we arrived.

A night away in Harrogate. Positive: Wonderful location and perfect room, clean, well fitted out and spacious. Check in was seamless. Thank you. Negative: Nothing it was all wonderful.

It was lovely, quiet, comfy and warm and i Positive: We stayed in a serviced apartment. We liked the location, the size of the room and bathroom. Bed was lovely. Very easy to access. Loved the big windows and the lovely old kitchen dresser. We also really loved that we had a real radio!! We didn’t watch any television and found being able to listen to the radio from the radio and not the TV screen was a real treat. Pet friendly - hooray. Booking was a little tricky but we got there and being able to speak to someone on the phone helped. Negative: I felt more attention to cleaning the space more broadly- there were marks on the wall, a cup stain on the bedside table. You just want to feel thats it’s sparkling when you stay somewhere. Some more cups and crockery would be great. I think there were only 2 cups. Also 2 small backed chairs to sit at the little table on would have made it much more comfy. The reed diffuser in the bathroom had a strong and unpleasant smell & we put it out of the room. I think careful thinking about these kind of smells is important. Both outside lights weren’t working at the front door- so it was quite dark.

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the room was - absolutely loved the decor! Positive: Door codes etc were clear and easy to follow. Instructions for arriving at the property were helpful too - especially the picture of the door! Absolutely loved the decor of the property and how well-kitted out it was - I was a bit gutted to only be staying one night! Also loved being able to go for a run in the morning around The Stay nearby - very convenient! Negative: The front door was quite stiff and the buttons on the code got jammed once or twice but managed to make it work. Parking was tricky as it was only for 3 hours with a disc before 6pm and I needed longer than that.
